Our Misson

At Wildly Nourished, our mission is to support individuals in reclaiming trust in themselves, reconnecting with their natural cues, and building a more liberated relationship with food, body, and self. We provide individualized outpatient nutrition therapy rooted in anti-diet, weight-inclusive care and guided by the belief that all foods have a place in a balanced life. By combining the science of nutrition with intuitive and informed eating practices, we offer multiple services that support lasting recovery, holistic well-being, and sustainable nourishment beyond diet culture.

Individual Nutrition Therapy

No matter where you are on your nutrition journey, we're here to meet you there. From eating disorder recovery to general wellness goals, Wildly Nourished provides individualized outpatient nutrition therapy designed to help you feel more confident, informed, and connected to your body's needs.

Group Support Sessions

Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Our group support sessions provide a welcoming, weight-inclusive community where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges. Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to learn, grow, and find support in a space that celebrates diversity, honors individuality, and recognizes every unique journey.
